We are often asked to perform Network Health checks for customers that wish to have their configuration “rubber-stamped”, investigate a particular issue or to assess Quality of Service (QoS) capabilities for additional services such as IP Telephony (IPT). Although no two networks are the same, common issues tend to arise time and again. We have developed the table below to give network managers an idea of the sorts of areas and protocols where we see common issues. These can be simple mis-configurations causing inefficient data flow or isolated hardware or software failure.
We have graded these packaged services to show the timescales and consultancy requirements but will be happy to provide a tailored health check to suit your particular needs.
