Xpertex is comprised of a number of fully qualified and experienced IT consultants and technicians that provide ad-hoc technical resources to the IT sector. We provide on-demand design implementation and support services to major equipment manufacturers, hardware and software distributors, resellers and end users for both short-term assignments and long-term projects.
For manufacturers, distributors and resellers, our highly professional and flexible approach allows us to appear to your customer as an integral part of your own professional services team, and for end-users we are invariably seen as an extension of the internal IT department.
We believe that this approach enables us to meet the specific demands that the manufacturing, distribution and value-added reseller businesses require. Our customers within this IT provision sector employ our full range of services from Pre-Sales resource, through implementation and installation services to Post-Sales support. We often operate (under contract) as though we are direct employees of these companies which allow us to eliminate any possible conflict of interest concerns.
The areas in which we typically operate for end-users involve providing a pool of technical “temps” to prevent project overruns, temporary holiday/long term sickness, maternity or long-term vacancy cover for key, skilled IT personnel or simply to bridge an internal “skills gap” for a particular project. Our current end-user customers see us as a technical “people bank” of skilled IT resource that they can use when they need it without having to engage a reseller of a particular product. In the past, IT departments have turned to self-employed contractors but this often involved minimum contract durations that were far longer than the project life-cycle. With Xpertex, all work is documented throughout the project so others are able to step in at short notice, and unlike a traditional contractor, you can use our time as and when you need it and can be as little as a day or as long as your project.
